Clifton House Return Policy
We want you to love every piece you bring home from Clifton House. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided items are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- To start a return, please contact us at cliftonhousedecor@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps and a return shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (or issue store credit, if requested). Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
